After graduating from Queensland University of Technology with a Bachelor of Applied Science (Property Economics), Chris commenced work with Knight Frank and has 20 years’ experience within the Brisbane Industrial Market. Chris Wright was Joint Head of Division of Knight Frank Queensland’s Industrial Department and sat on the Knight Frank Queensland Executive Committee. With a focus on the Australia TradeCoast and north Brisbane industrial suburbs, Chris has been involved in some of the region’s most significant sales and lease transactions and has built an enviable database of trusted clients and customers.
David commenced his property career in 2017 with Knight Frank where he focused on the North Brisbane Industrial market, specifically Brendale and the inner north precincts. David has established himself as a diligent and honest agent with a focus on delivering the best outcome for his clients.
Prior to 2017, David spent 9 years in the UK working for a major Global Investment Bank and a large private hedge fund where he specialised in Risk and Financial Analysis. David returned to Australia in 2011 and worked at QGC in a lead business advisory and negotiator role for the Upstream Asset team.
David’s strengths include his in-depth market knowledge of current tenants and their active requirements, his collaborative approach working with all parties to ensure a successful transaction. His credibility and reputation in the market with owners, tenants and agents has been one of utmost professionalism and exemplary performance.
Mark has been involved in the property market for over 25 years – the past 20 years in the Industrial sector has seen him concentrate primarily on the Brisbane Northside Commercial & Industrial Market.
Prior to Mark’s current role he was with Knight Frank Australia (Manager, Strathpine Office 14yrs), he was the Northside Area Manager with McArthur & Associates Commercial Consultants (7yrs) previous. His career in Real Estate began with Heritage Pacific one of Queensland’s leading property developers in the procurement and sales of residential/commercial subdivisions.
Specializing in all facets of the market, Mark has been successful in securing sales and leases throughout greater Brisbane, predominately for National/Multinational companies and individuals. He has also been asked to consult for the Moreton Bay Business Economics Department and has regularly contributed market information for their publications.
