Stage 1, North Harbour Business Park

Integrated Property Partners was engaged by the North Harbour Development team prior to the formal launch of Stage 1 at North Harbour Business Park.  IPP worked closely with all parties to provide expert consultation and advice in preparing a strategy to bring the 25ha industrial subdivision to the market For Sale.

IPP identified major national and international covenants to anchor a portion of Stage 1 of the estate. IPP subsequently formally promoted for sale, the balance of Stage 1, consisting of 22 MIBA zoned lots ranging from 1,800sqm to 18,000sqm.

The commitment and professionalism shown by IPP has been reflected in a successful sales campaign, selling out the estate within 4 weeks of the campaign.  IPP continues to work with North Harbour Group and the current purchasers of Stage 1 in delivering the newest large-scale industrial precinct in the Brisbane northern corridor.
